THIS WILL DELETE YOUR REGISTRATION AND ANY RESPONSES TO ANY OF THE QUESTIONS IN THE QUESTIONNAIRE. IN THAT EVENT, YOUR WILL BE REQUIRED TO RE-REGISTER AND COMPLETE THE ENTIRE QUESTIONNAIRE.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION VOLUNTARILY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENTERING INTO AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE MAY BE RETAINED TEMPORARILY AT A SECURE THIRD PARTY DATABASE UNTIL DOWNLOADED BY OUR LAW FIRM. ONCE THE INFORMATION IS RETRIEVED BY OUR FIRM, IT IS DELETED FROM THE SECURE THIRD PARTY SERVER.
